Our goal is to have board members with mix of talent, background and energy. FAB is particularly interested in candidates who possess one or two of the following skills:

• Fundraising/Sponsorship
• Marketing/Communications
• Corporate Donors
• Recruitment/HR
• Program Development
• Legal/Regulatory
• Governance/Policy

Our working Board of Directors meets one Tuesday every month from 6:30 - 8:30pm, 11 months of the year. Directors support FAB in various capacities by sharing their time, talent, and treasure anywhere from 1 - 10 hours per week, depending on their capacity. Directors are expected to support and attend FAB-led events as well as attend other community events where FAB is being recognized, where possible.
