FAB Girls Empowerment Application
There are four steps to completing the online application process:
1. Review of 2019 Program Details
2. Review waiver
3. Register
4. Print confirmation email, sign, and return to FAB meet and greet session
Step 1: Review of 2019 Program Details
FAB Girl Eligibility: The FAB Girls Empowerment Program is open to girls in grades 9 – 12 who attend a school where FAB presentations were made or live within a 3K radius of a program location. Each location is limited to 20 FAB Girls on a first come first serve basis. Priority is given to returning FAB Girls.

Additional Information
Run Events Meeting and Drop Off Location:
FAB Girls will meet their coaches at the regular program location. Specific times will be communicated in an Event Reminder form that will be delivered to your daughter at her FAB session a week before the event. Although we will do our best to ensure FAB Girls are dropped off during the time identified, there is the possibility of traffic or event delays. We will do our best to communicate any such delays.
Transportation to Race Events:
FAB Girls will travel to each event by bus transportation arranged by Fit Active Beautiful Foundation.
Reminder re: additional programs, events, or activities not listed:
Please be reminded that pursuant to paragraph 11 of Part II of the Participation and Legal Agreement in the waiver on the next page, there may be an opportunity for your daughter to participate in additional programs, activities, and events (collectively “Events”) not listed on this page that Organizers’ determine to be of benefit to the FAB Girls Empowerment Program and/or your daughter, and that these events are governed by and subject to the Participation and Legal Agreement. Notice of these Events will be delivered directly to your daughter, and it is your daughter’s responsibility to deliver the notice to you.
